With over 20 years as a successful entrepreneur and independent contractor, Ricci has designed and built websites for clients across the United States, Canada, and Mexico. He has served as a trusted technical advisor, social media strategist, and digital marketer, helping businesses establish strong online presences and grow their audiences. His hands-on expertise extends to managing and training high-performing sales, customer support, and customer success teams for global brands including Sony Ericsson, Kellogg’s, Mabe, and Colgate. In these roles, he specialized in client onboarding, boosting retention rates, and implementing strategies that drive long-term loyalty and revenue.
